The prices and conditions of sale are merely informative and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at this specific time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be understood to have been fully completed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual, and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties.


We have all the products available for sale in stock, except those whose description indicates otherwise or where customization is requested. In the event of any problem that prevents the order from being completed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All orders will have a delivery time of 24-72 hours (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), in national territory. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport company meets them whenever possible.

The customer will have 24 hours to verify the integrity of all the items of the order and to verify that everything is included in the delivered items. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be accepted and no claims will be accepted for damage or failure with the shipment. In the event that any product is missing or damaged, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to process your request.


Once the item has been delivered, the customer will have 7 days during which they can return it. We do not accept returns on personalized products. Nor will we accept returns of items that are the subject of a special order (not included in the catalogue).

Items that have been purchased from the "OUTLET" category can only be returned within the first 24 hours from the delivery date.

Returns will be processed manually through our email address or our telephone number 649188013. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Once the merchandise has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed to pay or exchange it. In the event that the return requires a payment, there may be two cases:

- Return caused by an ARTESANÍA MÚLTIPLE error or product defect: The full amount will be refunded, and ARTESANÍA MÚLTIPLE will assume the transport costs incurred.

- Return for any other reason: The full amount of the product will be returned, and the customer will assume the transport costs incurred.

The payment can be made by returning the money, or by generating a discount voucher for the amount of the return, for future purchases.

The purchase of any product from our Virtual Store will imply acceptance of this Return Policy.

ARTESANÍA MÚLTIPLE reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or process the order of a customer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom there is an active payment dispute, as well as if there is an indication of fraud in the payment or when it has not been completed when making the payment by transfer. ARTESANÍA MÚLTIPLE controls all orders registered on the web; what is intended is to protect ARTESANÍA MÚLTIPLE from abusive fraud practices.


If the order has left the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In the case of orders that include personalized or made-to-order products, these cannot be canceled from the moment the personalization and/or manufacture of those products begins.


The photographs presented may not correspond exactly to some of the models offered. Photos may show accessories sold separately.

The purchased product may suffer, due to availability of the manufacturer, non-substantial modifications in the components, characteristics or benefits of the batch that integrate it, as long as they do not imply a demerit of the advertised qualities and benefits.


The guarantee of our products is established in the legally established terms.

The items in the "OUTLET" section will not have any guarantee after 24 hours of delivery.

The guarantee is against any manufacturing defect. Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when appropriate, or materials subject to wear due to normal use, are not included in this guarantee.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the item, reduction or return will be chosen, in the legally established terms.
